About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website and books coaching with HALEY. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.
What we offer
HALEY. provides one-to-one coaching and personal development support for women. Coaching is a conversation-based service designed to help you reflect, clarify and take action. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care or medical treatment.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through the Calendly scheduling system linked on this site. Payment, where required, is handled securely. For The Reset programme, you can pay in full or in three instalments. Details are shown on the Ways to Work and Programme pages.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has begun, but we will always try to be fair if circumstances change unexpectedly.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching sessions stays private. We do not share your personal information or the content of our conversations unless required by law or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Your responsibilities
Coaching works best when you take part honestly and openly. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. We encourage you to seek professional medical or therapeutic support if you are experiencing significant psychological distress.
