Who we are
HALEY. is a coaching practice run by Haley O'Brien. This website is the main way to learn about the practice and book a conversation. The site is hosted on Lovable and uses Calendly for scheduling.
What information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name and email address when you book a conversation or sign up to the newsletter, and any notes you add to the booking form. We do not collect payment information directly; payments are handled by Calendly or Stripe according to their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to confirm bookings, send session reminders, reply to enquiries, and occasionally share coaching reflections or offers by email. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we keep your information safe
Your data is stored securely through our hosting and scheduling providers, both of which use encryption and industry-standard access controls. Coaching conversations themselves are confidential and are not recorded without your explicit consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@haley.coach. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of every message.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We only use the cookies necessary for the site to function and for scheduling to work correctly.
