One-to-one coaching

Coaching for burnout recoveryIt's not a fix.It's a conversation.

You're not broken. You're not lazy. You're not failing at life. You're probably just exhausted from holding everything together — and wondering why it still doesn't feel right.

My coaching is a real conversation about your actual life. We look at what's draining you, what used to matter, and what might matter again. No reinvention. No five-step plan to become someone else. Just enough space to hear yourself think, feel and want again.

That's where the useful stuff lives.

Most people who come to me are dealing with burnout — recognising it, recovering from it, or making sure they never get there again. But not everyone is. Some come to think through a decision, navigate a change, or just talk something through with someone who'll ask the right questions. If that's you, you're just as welcome here.

The approach

The approach

How we move from thought to action.

No reinventing. Just reconnecting.

01

Understand

what's really going on

Before anything changes, we get honest about where you actually are — not where you think you should be. What's underneath the tiredness. What you've been carrying. What you've stopped noticing.

02

Reconnect

with who you are

Not a new you. The actual you — the one who got quieter while life got louder. We make enough space to hear what you think, feel and want again.

03

Choose

what actually matters to you

Not what should matter. Not what matters to everyone else. We work out what genuinely matters to you — and what you're willing to stop carrying to protect it.

04
Make it real

Create

a life that feels right

Intentional choices, made one at a time. Boundaries that hold. A way of living your actual life — this one — that finally feels like it fits.

The honest bit

Let's be honest — coaching is a broad word. Here's what it means when we work together.

What it is

  • A structured, honest conversation about your life
  • Space to hear yourself think — maybe for the first time in years
  • Brain-based, practical and grounded in how minds actually work
  • Challenging when you need it. Kind when you need that too
  • Entirely about your actual life, not an idealised one

What it isn't

  • Therapy, counselling or medical treatment
  • Someone telling you what to do with your life
  • Toxic positivity, vision boards or morning routines as a personality
  • A programme designed to turn you into someone else
  • Judgement. Ever.

If you're looking for someone to nod politely while you list your achievements, that's not me. If you're looking for someone to help you figure out why the achievements haven't made you feel better — that is exactly me.

How coaching works

How it works

Three steps. No paperwork.

01

free, 30 minutes, no preparation

The first conversation

We meet online for a free half-hour conversation. You talk about where you are — what's draining, what's stuck, what you'd like to be different. I'll listen, ask honest questions, and tell you whether I think coaching can help.

02

no homework, no diagnosis, no performance

What to expect

Sessions are conversational, structured, and entirely about your real life. We don't fix you — we look at what's actually going on, what matters to you, and what a small, useful next step might look like.

03

small shifts, clearer choices

Momentum builds

We meet regularly, usually every two weeks. Each session builds on the last. What starts as a conversation becomes a pattern: noticing more, choosing more deliberately, and living a life that finally feels like it fits.

Curious? Suspicious? Both are fine. Bring them along.
